1981 Honda Civic 1500 DX 1.5L Alternator/Regulator
Vehicle charges at 17V or better now. Originally was charging at 19V with sulfated battery. Replaced battery, replaced regulator, then replaced alternator. Went through wiring and it all seems to check out. Tried a different regulator and battery, no change. E...
