Towed in dead battery. Jump with key off Dash lite up. Starts ok. Turn key off dash lites stay on. Remove fuse for IGN on the Inside fuse box lites go out. Have a back feed on the wires on that circuit. There is an internal relay that can not be tested. I beli...
