2007 Mitsubishi Outlander LS 3.0L Wipers
Wipers not working. Can add power to power wires and motor runs. Scan tool data shows wiper switch working. Trying to find out more information on ETACS-ECU functions. All fuses are good. I think I have a bad ETACS-ECU but at over a $1000 dollars I would like ...
