1994 Honda Civic del Sol S 1.5L Starter
this honda has an intermittent no crank problem , when it occurs we have no power at the solinoid terminal on the starter but have power to both hot sides of the starter relay. ground circuit thru clutch swith is good. we removed the starter relay to check it ...
