1991 Honda Civic DX 1.5L Cooling&a/C Fan
Gentlemen: The basic problem with this vehicle is that with the "key- on" both the cooling fan and the a/c condensor fan come on and stay on. The engine is cold and the a/c has not been turned on. Starting with the a/c system I have verified that it works fine...
