1990 Mitsubishi Mirage 1.5L Stall, NO START COLD
i HAVE GOOD POWER SOURCES ON ALL SENSORS.i HAVE 5 VOLT REFERENCE ON ALL SENSORS. tHE ONLY PROBLEM I SEE IS THAT WITH KOEO I HAVE 15.0 OHMS OR RESISTANCE BUT WITH KEY OFF I HAVE GOOD [...] SENSORS GET THEIR GROUND THROUGH THE ECU.I HAVE CLEANED ALL THE GROUNDS....
