Hello

I hope I can get some help on this one...the car came in on the hook, I have spark at the plugs the scanner indicates rpm signal is present aprox 190 rpm there are no codes in memory...I tested the cam sensor its making a/c voltage 1.7 to 2.0 volts a/c...
