1990 Lexus LS400 4.0L MIL Lamp on, no power
this car inherited from another shop after replacing the starter. they claim everything was ok before the starter got replaced. the car has no power at all,cant get over 30 miles an hour. stall test max 1100 rpm. we checked for cam and crank timing everything ...
