1996 Mazda 626 DX 2.0L Poor Idle Quality, MIL Lamp on
When I plug the connector back on to the IAC it makes no difference. I can ground the wire that PCM used to control on time and idle increases. I have monitored control wire w/ vantage and get duty cycle digital reading of 20 - 40 but can not get a wave form -...
