Hi,

I have this 1991 Honda Civic that has a very bad surge at idle. It goes from maybe 300 RPM to 1200 Rpm. Takes maybe 2 seconds to complete a low/high/low cycle. Will sometimes stall. Difficult to accelerate in first gear. Gets better as you go faster. Gets...
