1986 Honda Civic Si 1.5L Poor Idle Quality
This car came in 3 weeks ago with a rolling idle. I checked the car cleaned the throttle body and found all of the lights on the ECM. After speaking to the owner I pulled out the truth the car was in a flood! The problem started [...] the ECM was full of water...
