1989 Honda Civic DX 1.5L No Start
I need help from the Honda Guru's. This Civic was towed in. No spark or injector trip. No injector voltage KOEO on both. Noid light stays on (doesn't blink) on main injector. Aux injector blinks. Has a code 16. I think I have a bad ECM but I have never had a b...
