1997 Mazda Millenia 2.5L MIL Lamp on
Code P0400, EGR system malfunction. Vehicle runs fine, MIL is not always on, comes on and stays on for awhile then goes off for awhile. Tested and inspected EGR system, everything seems to test fine, any help would be appreciated.
