Why do I take on these @&%!# engine swaps done by others?

Has fuel press, spark, inj pulse, and timing. Changed oil, as had high fuel content; however, plugs are dry!? (Go figure.)

Story: Engine swapped, started, ran well--but auto trans had shifting problem...
