1992 Subaru Legacy L 2.2L No Start
Hi subaru folks! We just put in a new engine in this car, tech cannot get it started, it has fuel,spark and compresssion. It will flood the cylinders immediatley. We checked all connectors and fuel lines etc. Can anyone think what he might have missed, or any...
