1993 Honda Prelude VTEC 2.2L Low Power
I need some good advice. I heard a noise coming from the distributor. Took off the cap and found some rust colored powder in the cap. The car revs slow from idle to about 2000 rpm. Feels like the timing is retarded. I feel I should be rebuilding the distributo...
