1996 Toyota Camry LE 3.0L MIL Lamp on
Customer replaced O2 sensors based on local dealer's
diagnosis. The customer has asked if I can clear the code
and reset the MIL. Can this be performed on the '96 camry
without the scan tool? and what is the procedure?
