1998 Nissan Altima SE 2.4L No Start
I inherited vehicle, and started the diagnosis by pulling the plugs (they were fuel fouled and actually dripping). Looked into the cylinders, and were floating in fuel. Cleared the fuel out of the cylinders and ran a fuel pressure test showing 40 psi koeo. Ran...
