1990 Honda Civic LX 1.5L Poor Idle Quality, Surge
This car was in another auto repair shop because didn't start. They found out that the problem was in the main relay output to the computer - relay failed- instead of replace the relay with a good one they connected a wire with batt. power always from ign. sw....
