1999 Subaru Impreza Outback 2.2L No Start, Hesitation, Stall
Car came in with complaint of hard start/poor running cold. 60K maintenance performed. Got new plugs, wires, fuel filter--all OE parts. No codes are set. Symptoms are much worse when colder. Long crank, starts and dies, once it runs it has a bad tip-in hesitat...
