1996 Hyundai Accent 1.5L No Shift
Car will not shift ot of third, has 8 volts to solenoids. Have checked power at pin 2 and 15 of 38-2 connector at trans control module. also ground, pin1 and 14 . power at pin 16 and ground at pin 10 of connector 38-1. all are good and will light a test light....
