1991 Mitsubishi Eclipse 1.8L No Start
Help. this beast has no 5 volt VREF. All the sensor lines are ok, none shorted to ground. Ran many tests with sun DDC machine (simutech). I could right a book about this , but this is the slim version. Everything in alldata points to the ECU. My experience poi...
