The customer had it tested in Oct 2001 it failed .92 HC with .80 spec. Tune up was performed by customer and retested in January failed 1.71HC. We get the car, Install Thermostat and o2 sensor looked clean enough so we had it tested it failed 1.23HC. No notice...
