1999 Isuzu N NPR-HD 5.7L Cuts out
Good afternoon everyone. I have a customer who owns a 99 Isuzu NRP HD truck with GM drivetrain that has a speed or mph lock out in the PCM program which will not allow the truck to go over 65 mph. My question is,is there a way to reflash the pcm to change this...
