1998 Honda Civic EX 1.6L Poor Idle Quality
higher than normal rpm when cold. idle up and down between 900 - 1000 rpm when hot, only in park and neutral. normal in gear. no codes. map, tps and idle speed motor test good. no vacuum leaks. please help.
