1998 Honda Accord EX 2.3L MIL Lamp on
this car came in with a mil on for cat efficiency low. i tested the cat and it was at 82% good. during testing of the 02s, #1, i saw a small glitch, so i replaced the #1 02s. a few weeks later, it came back for the same code. any ideas out there for me? the on...
