1991 Honda Accord EX 2.2L Excessive Emissions
We have replaced the EGR Solenoid and Ecu. The Ecu will not ground the Erc Solenoid. Have checked the TPS,Map,Coolant and RPM imputs. They checkout good. This is the 3rd 1991 Accord with Code 12 and the Ecu won't command EGR on. Can anyone HELP?
