1992 Honda Civic CX 1.5L Excessive Emissions
This car failed our new Virginia ASM emission test for NOx at 25 MPH. The limit is 1240 ppm and the reading is 1776. The limit at 15 MPH is 1372 ppm and the reading is 850. The test is run in second gear and the RPMs are 2300 at 25 mph and 1400 at 15 mph. Thi...
