1990 Lexus LS400 4.0L No Start
This car ran fine when it came in. We replaced both distributor caps and rotors, and changed the plugs. When we cleaned the throttle body, car wouldn't start. Went back to the caps and rotors and checked to see if there was a right & left side difference, both...
