1999 Subaru Legacy L 2.2L Excessive Emissions, Surge
This car came in skipping badly and had a broken plug wire. I had to order the wires so I fabricated a temporary so the customer could use the vehicle. It ran great with the temp wire so I was optimistic that the wires would take care of the problem--wrong. Af...
