1994 Subaru Legacy L 2.2L MIL Lamp on
Car came in with intermittant CEL, poor gas milage, and
pinging without super-unleaded. Did D-check and U-check
proceedures with no results. Now the CEL blinks constantly
with no codes. Main question is what does this mean?
