1987 Honda Civic 1.5L Surge, low power
This car came to me from an indy shop. They put in a Japanese engine to replace a blown one according to them. They are not sure if this problem existed before or not as car did not run. They battled this problem for 3 weeks before sending it to [...] problem ...
