1985 Subaru GL 1.8L No Start
This is a MPFI system. I'm not receiving an injector pulse. I have 12 volts to the injector, but no ground from the ecm. In D-check, I get code 12- starter switch in off position. Ran code 12 flow chart according to alldata, and said I needed approx. 12 volts ...
