1992 Mitsubishi Mighty Max 1 Ton 2.4L No Start
This vehicle was towed into shop for no start. Checked OBD system, no codes. No initial fuel pump operation or presure, and no spark. I checked the powers and grounds for the ECU, all ok. No ref. voltage from ECU to speak of, .5 volts.
