1997 Kia Sportage 2.0L Hesitation, Cuts out, Stall
when cold and first started when rapidly accelled and held to floor rpms decrease by 200 rpms. If throttle released to 1/4 throttle rpms raise rapidly. tps ok also refresh rate on scanner is real slow, 5-10 secs.
