1998 Toyota 4Runner Limited 3.4L Excessive Emissions
I am having trouble figuring this one out. The idle emissions seem to be normal but it fails for NOx on the state test. The o2 sensors appear to be working pre and post cat. Temp of catalyst seems to be working also. Any idea's or direction would be appreciate...
