1988 Toyota Camry 2.0L Excessive Emissions
This has me stumped: when I hold the O2 sensor wire with one hand and grab B+ with the other, CO drops like a stone to .01%, with very low HC. But if I add propane to the intake, I can get 9.0% CO out the tailpipe, and O2 sensor voltage won't go higher than 15...
