1990 Toyota Celica GTS 2.2L Poor Idle Quality, Low Power
This car has low power and is running lean. The fuel pressure is good and the oxygen sensor sees a lean condition. The O2 also responds to me forcing it rich. The Vacuum(MAP) sensor has a good ground and a five volt reference. I could not find what the signal ...
