1994 Hyundai Excel 1.5L Surge
This car surges at idle warm or cold. Have done all the usual stuff, cleaning etc. TPS adjustment has no effect on this. No cracked or leaking bellows tube. Unable to check or pull codes. I cannot find or see a check engine light on this car! Shining a trouble...
