1991 Mitsubishi Eclipse 1.8L No Start
This vehicle is a no-start with no check engine light. I have power and ground to ECM. MPI relay tested bad and was replaced. It still has no check engine light. I have ran all test Per Mitchell. Check engine bulb check is ok. No comunication to scanner. Crank...
