this is my first time posting. I have a Hyundai Excel 1994 (June 29,1994), 1.5 liter. The car runs at idle fine and will accelerate fine up to about [...] rpms and then it begins a cycling sensation (rpm up and down). It reminds me of a rpm limiter...
