1999 Subaru Legacy L 2.2L Poor Idle Quality
Vehicle came in for poor fuel economy and surging at idle. It will surge between [...] rpm. There were no codes in memory. Checked on the 4 gas and found that the vehicle is running rich (co over 5%) and and the hc's are apx 500-800 ppm at idle (rich misefire)...
