1989 Toyota Tercel EZ 1.5L Cuts out
Hello This Tercel has a variable venturi carburetor and it appears to be draining the float bowl. I can vary the distence that I make it up my favorite hill by altering the float level. I did a fuel pump volume test and got 6 oz in 15 sec of cranking. The cool...
