Problem:

Vehicle has surging / RPM fluctautions only upon cold startup. Vehicle must sit for close to 5.0rs for problem to occur. After 1,2,3 hours just surges once or twice. Surging only occurs for short period of time then is gone approx 6 to 10 times.
