1992 Hyundai Excel 1.5L No Start
hyundai techs help, fuel pump runs constantly with key in on position. assume injectors stay wide open because engine fills with gas. also no spark at plugs. unplug mpi relay or ecm and pump stops. replaced mpi relay from dealer and no change. sorry no vin but...
