1995 Honda Accord EX 2.7L Surge, Misfire
This problem only occurs between 38 and 45 mph, it feels like a bad surge or misfire, however the more I drive it the more it seems maybe like the torque converter is locking and unlocking. I can't find any service bullentins on this problem. sure would apreci...
