1986 Honda Prelude 2.0 Si 2.0L MIL Lamp on
Vehicle came in with a MIL lamp lit. Code 12/egr valve circuit. Hand pumped EGR valve and engine stalls. With supply line to valve plugged into the vacuum gauge ONLY it reads 8.5" of vacuum at cruise. If I splice it into the system it reads 3.5". It sounds...
