1988 Acura Legend 2.7L Poor Idle Quality, Surge
When the vehicle is started it reaches a higher than normal
RPM which is approximately 1100 RPM. This excessive RPM is
maintainted for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, the engine
surges between base idle and 1700 RPM and stays that way
indefinetly.
