1988 Honda Civic 1.5L Excessive Emissions, Surge, Poor Fuel Economy
Hi Group - this thing has me pulling my hair out and I may
just not be seeing what's in front of me - I suspect the
fuel pressure regulator - BUT ?? - I need to know if any
one has seen this.
