Surges 2 to 4 hundred RPM. Most of time. Tried Used Maf that I had. No differance. Compresson seems high so I tried Top engine cleaner. It ran better for a while so I tried it again but it didn't help. TPS sweeps backward from most cars. is this normal? 4....
